I also took the advice given to me and agree that if i had not I would be kicking myself. I have already put a couple nicks in the strop and if that was the Dovo strop there would have been expletives said. The strop itself is very well made and the leather is thick but not to thick which is nice as it flexes with the blade as your stropping. I would recommend this strop to anyone new to straight razors but also to those that have been around awhile as it is a very nice strop and you can add linen and canvas strops using the quick add system. I will be adding a GB linen strop to mine soon and may replace the leather strop also with the same again.
